The first thing that comes to mind is that when you do want to get pregnant, it will be harder after taking this type of BC. Also, the menstrual cycle is a natural way of the body cleansing itself of hormones and estrogen so that you are balanced. I wonder if women who take this drug will have worse menopause problems then normal when they reach that age.
Over all it just doesn’t sound safe. What do you think?
BC pills that cause shorter periods such as Yaz and Loestrin24 actually benefit the user rather than cause harm. The shorter lighter periods are still getting the job of “body cleansing” done without the user having to go through those ill side effects of periods like mood swings, cramps, ****** tenderness and the feeling of being bloated. Shots however that allow you only to have you period 3 or 4 times a year can be dangerous to some women. Somebody very close to me was on the shot and by the time it was time for her to have her period, she lost so much blood she had to be hospitalized.
I took birth control that I only had a period 4 times a year and my doctor said it wouldn’t hurt anything. It took a lil longer to get pregnant when I got off it but not that much longer.
I found the pill really buggered with me, i was use to a period only ever 6 weeks then i went on the pill and i was getting them more often, they hurt i damn sight more then usual, lasted longer and were heavier. so i dont take them anymore. i feel better in myself day by day without them but i guess things are different for everyone, thats just my experience with them!
