Hi, I am 44 recently had a D&C for polp removal and irregular periods. I have gained around 30lbs in the past year, along with hot flashes, and mind farts. I am wondering what the most natural thing is to help with the weight gain and inablility to remember things or multi task (brain farts). My OB tells me that this is life at 44 I think it is time for a new OB but was wondering if I should check with an Endocronologist. I am active and am not happy with being tired, and all the rest of the fun stuff going on with my body. I know I am not alone and would like to here from others who have found help. I am not fond of meds though at this point- not so opposed.
