What you experienced is a normal changes when approaching menopause. You can use an all natural supplement like Hot Flash Freedom, since it is an all natural product you would not have to worry for some harmful side effects hence it is safe to use.

Try a soy based menopause product. They help a lot. Or try melatonin - its a natural product to help sleep.

You're low on Progesterone, which is a notorious cause of insomnia in menopausal women.

P.S. Stay away from soy products unless you've been tested and shown that your Estrogen levels are LOWER than your Progesterone levels.

If your Estrogen levels are HIGHER than your Progesterone levels, then you are already Estrogen Dominant (look this condition up on the internet), and taking soy products - which have Estrogen type effects - will only make your insomnia and other symptoms worse.

Progesterone ALWAYS drops first and fastest in menopausal women, so be very, very careful about taking Estrogen when you'd really need Progesterone.

Estrogen Dominance causes very heavy periods, ovarian cysts, uterine cysts, fibroids, Endometriosis, ovarian and uterine cancer, ****** cancer and cysts, mood changes (irritability, temper, depression, etc.), loss of urinary function, PMS symptoms, and a host of other problems. Be VERY careful about taking any soy products unless you know for a fact that your Estrogen is lower than your Progesterone, not higher.

Take Melatonin. It's an herbal sleep enhancer found in the vitamin section of your grocery store.
