  You’re not too young but if the tests came back negative there’s something else going on…..like your thyroid could be fluky.

  I suggest you go to a doctor specializing in Internal Medicine….they’re very good diagnosticians.

  I went thru the same symptoms, and mine started at age 31, so did my mothers, my cousin and now my sister. I used wild yam cream and it worked wonders. You can even buy it at walmart and it is inexpensive. Are you having night sweats, or hot flashes as well? If you are still taking the pill, it is very possible that at this point in your life you need a stronger or different pill, as your body does become immune to certain medications after continued use. It also could be your thyroid, have your physician run a TSH on you. Have you noticed fatigue, difficulty concentrating, anxiety, a lump in your neck. Unfortuntely, your symptoms could be a number of illness, so keep going back to the doctor until you find out and insist on seeing a specialist. I agree with the previous note, to try an internal medicine physician. Just don’t give up and don’t be afraid to be persistent with your physician.

  Did you doctor ONLY test for menopause??? Have him do a test for Thyroid, TSH, & CBC – Complete Blood Count!

  maybe its a fluxuation in your hormones, and maybe its pms setting in, as we age and change it can begin or start with no warning, you might go to a regular gyno and ask for more help.

  You too young for full menopause but it sounds like early stages of menopause to me-You can still have periods they just may be shorter and more intense but your could be starting your hormonal imbalance If your on the pill that is actually suppose to help as long as you are not a smoker. Try taking vitamins a GOOD one a day multi vitamin might help if that doesn’t do the trick try a natural over the counter hormone replacement if you are still having problems seek out another doctor and get a second opinion- Good Luck its not as bad as you might think always keep in the front of your mind when you want to snap “is it worth the anger or is it just hormonal and get a sense of humor TRY TRY TRY to find the humor in it all or you will drive your own self nuts

  You are not too young at all. It’s called perimenopause, which means it’s the beginning of it. Your doctors are wrong and obviously don’t know anything about a woman’s body.

  When I started going through it, in my late 30’s, my doctor told me (which I verified) that when you are in perimenopause the tests most often don’t show the subtle changes.

  Now is the time to eat very healthy, get pleanty of rest and exercise, drink lots of water. No fatty foods, sodas, junk.

  I used a spray and it worked really well. It’s called Progest-Ease. Call 1-888-303-7061. It’s a natural progesterone which is what younger women in perimenopause need, not estrogen. Your body had begun to not produce progesterone as well as it used to, that is what you are experiencing. Read Christianne Northrups (Dr.) books on women’s health. She recommends the spray.

  i don’t know why your doctor said you are too young..there is a test you can buy in the drug store for menopause…..i would get the test- its about $20 this way you will know for sure..
  cuz it sounds to me like you are going thru menopause now..good luck

  No, you aren’t too young. If your doctor is a general practitioner, you might want to check with a gynecologist, because GPs aren’t always up on this.
